1. Where do you get your ideas?

My ideas stem from my interests. I love working with children and enjoy spending quality time with my own. Therefore, I think of creative things to do and write about that deals with children.

2. How do you decide on what to do first?

I like to begin by writing everything down first. This helps me to see the whole picture of what I am writing about. Then I review and change things that do not fit or sound right.

3. What is the hardest part of writing?

The initial draft is the hardest because it is the beginning and sometimes ideas do not come to write about.

4. How long does it take to write a book?

It depends on what you are writing about. It also depends on how familiar you are with the topic of the book. Sometimes writing a book can take months or years.
